Biossance
Even though I love green beauty products, I don’t often find brands that I want EVERYTHING from. Partly it’s because I just love trying new things, and partly it’s because I feel that no one company can have ALL the things. Except I might be wrong. Biossance is probably one of the most long-standing favorites in my morning and evening repertoire, and thanks to their generous gifts, I have gotten to try so many products, and honestly, I LOVE them all.
Right now, one repeat favorite is their Squalane & Lactic Acid Resurfacing Night Serum. Other products I love are the Squalane and Elderberry gel cleanser, their Squalane & Vitamin C Rose Oil, and their Rose Vegan Lip Balm (side note, I totally have a thing for Rose and it’s also probably why these products make it to the top of my list, though they don’t have the pure rose scent you can find with other brands I love like Agent Nateur (a post on them will most definitely come). I also really love the fresh and bright look I get after using their Squalane & Glycolic Renewal Facial mask.
But my absolute favorite is their Squaline & Probiotic Gel Moisturizer. It is SO light, but my skin feels super hydrated and it doesn’t get my hair oily overnight, which is a big thing for me cause I really don’t like waking up with greasy hair because my moisturizer is too heavy. Their Squaline & Peptide Eye Gel is pretty darn good too (see, seriously I’ve loved all their products and I don’t even get paid to write this stuff!). Full confession, I would totally accept payment in kind from Biossance to write about their products because I love them THAT much and because it would help reduce the impact on my wallet 😂
And aside from being a clean beauty brand, they’re also an ethical and innovative one, creating their own plant-based squalene that is equally as effective and does NOT come from sharks! Their focus on sustainability is fantastic, and they are Green Lab certified.
Sadly, they don’t ship internationally yet, so I get my fix when I know I have visitors coming, or when I’m badly in need and my family is willing to send a box by post, BUT, if you can get it, I highly recommend it!!
