Letting Go of Limits

Don’t forget…. Your only limit is you.

In the last year, I have been taking a break from being online all the time. It’s been really nice to take a step back and remember that I am ‘only human’ and can stretch myself only so thin. It’s also been a great time to regroup and start to get things in place as I make changes in my business. But making changes is always daunting, and if you’re anything like me, it can make you want to stop together as the overwhelm sets in.

Normally, I would say that this is where I stall, and the changes don’t happen because I’m limiting myself. Thankfully, some of the time I’ve taken is to delve into all the amazing resources there out there - from books to podcasts to courses, that help me remember that my only limit is myself - and that with the proper care, organization and clarity, I can achieve what I dream.

So this is just a quick note from me to you. If you’re struggling right now to know what to do or where to go, it’s not only ok to take a step back, it might actually help you take 3 steps forward. Whether our limits are from mindsets that we need to outgrow and shift, or whether they’re from not acknowledging the fact that we’re not superheroes and can’t go 24 hours a day doing 50 things at a time, you would be doing yourself, your family and your clients a favor if you took a little time off to regroup, reset, and realign.

One of the things that drew me to Feng Shui is how it really helped me to see what things weren’t working for me in my home, and in my life, and finding ways to energetically support myself and my family. It’s been a tool that I now feel I can’t live without, and I have seen it work its magic in home after home, helping people not only create more abundance and harmony, but also just get a much better picture of what is going on, and where they can make their own lives better. It’s not really about which way your bed faces or whether the mirror on your wall is facing the right way (although in certain instances those things do have an impact), it’s about understanding the issues that are facing you and taking steps to clear the path so that you are no longer limiting yourself.

So whether it’s signing up for that online course, booking that soul alignment session, clearing out your schedule so that you’re getting the rest you need, or simply letting go of the fears that keep you small, give yourself the permission to do it, and break through the limits you think are there…
