Emité Make Up

All throughout my third pregnancy, people would remark on my skin and tell me how much I was glowing. I loved it. But I loved it because the glow they all attributed to my growing baby was actually due to an incredible face powder aptly named Glow. Emité Makeup was introduced to me by the uber talented Carolina Ek, a renowned Swedish makeup artist living in Switzerland and sharing one of her favorite trade secrets with us lucky enough to know or work with her. And that not so secret ‘secret’ is Emité.

Developed by and for makeup artist in Sweden, this line is full of richly pigmented, high quality ingredients that have been beautifully crafted into some of the best makeup I’ve ever used (and given my addiction to beauty products and trying new things, that’s a lot of different brands I’ve used). Right now, my collection consists of their mineral foundation, a coverup stick, under eye concealer, mascara, lip liner, blush, bronzer and obviously, Glow. I love ALL of them! And because it’s important to me that what I put on my skin is not full of junk, it’s wonderful that Emité can be so high performance without any of the fillers or chemicals you usually find in makeup.
